Supplier declarations
Supplier declarations are an important subject for manufacturing and trade-based companies with intra-community and cross-border movement of goods. The presentation of supplier declarations enables the preferential export of goods – goods are ‘non-originating’ without a supplier declaration. The consequence of this is that the next shipper cannot legally issue any subsequent evidence (e.g. ATR movement certificates, declarations of origin, certificates of origin). Missing supplier declarations thus soon become a competitive disadvantage.
If you are a manufacturing company, things can get even trickier. Without the supplier declarations, the material can only be negatively evaluated in a preference calculation, which can be detrimental to the preferences for the completely newly manufactured sales product. Among the possible consequences is the possibility that your product becomes too expensive for the consignee, either because it has to be offered duty-paid (the duty is already included in the offer) or because the product has to be declared by foreign customers.
With our supplier declaration system, you have everything under control and all the advantages on your side, because it provides all the necessary routines to map the relationships and dependencies such as the administration, printing, requesting or acceptance of supplier declarations.
