Code of Conduct
Together at FORMAT, we have developed our company philosophy – it expresses what our company stands for today and in the future.
Specific rules and regulations for situations and matters in the professional environment are defined in the relevant work and organisational instructions (AO) and are valid and binding for all employees at FORMAT. Any employee who does not comply with these instructions and the generally applicable practices within the company must expect appropriate consequences in accordance with operational and legal provisions.
Building on this, the Code of Conduct summarises the essential principles and rules that guide our actions and behaviour.
Guideline on the Acceptance of Gifts
Our Code of Conduct stipulates, among other things, that FORMAT Software Service GmbH does not tolerate bribery or corruption in any form. In addition, we have established a guideline outlining how employees should conduct themselves with regard to invitations and gifts.
