Wenn ja, dann lesen Sie weiter:<\/p>\n<p>Ab sofort k\u00f6nnen Sie gegen die neuen Sanktions\u00adlisten beider L\u00e4nder pr\u00fcfen. Denn diese setzen ihre internationalen Verpflichtungen aus der UN-Sicherheitsratsresolution 1373 (2001) konsequent um, indem sie Verm\u00f6gens\u00adwerte von Personen und Organisationen mit Terrorbezug einfrieren und diese in Sanktionslisten f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den Details:\u00a0Die niederl\u00e4ndische Regierung hat die Liste NLNST (Nationale sanctielijst terrorisme) ver\u00f6ffentlicht, welche aktuell 119 Eintr\u00e4ge verzeichnet. Das Einfrieren von Verm\u00f6genswerten erschwert die Begehung oder finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung terroristischer Handlungen und ist fester Bestandteil der niederl\u00e4ndischen Terrorismusbek\u00e4mpfung im Einklang mit der oben genannten Resolution.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8220;&#8220;]Die zentrale Finanzverwaltung Belgiens hat die Liste BENS (Belgian National Sanctions List) bekannt gegeben.
